MITT ROMNEY SEEING THE GREEN LIGHT????

American Politics is just so sweet, interesting....as an African, there is so much to learn. It is different from wht we know as Politics and Election.
I love President Obama.....he will always be an inspiration. He makes great speeches and very good with the crowd but unfortunately,Debates are not speeches! He was not really forth coming in this first debate, not the same Obama.
AS much as many people love the Democrats, you never should rule out the Republicans. If you do that, you do it at your own peril. It is a tight race and after yesterday's debate, it was clear that Mitt Romney can seriously compete with the president for his Hot Seat. He too can run the job.

It is beginning to look like a spin in his favour and the man is seriously capitalising on it.It is a whole new ball game and it is going to get even tighter.Obama's weak first performance was in keeping with other recent first debates for incumbent presidents. George W. Bush in 2004, his father, George H.W. Bush, in 1992 and Ronald Reagan in 1984 all had difficult first debates after being deferred to during their first four years as president.

At this point, a strong debate may not be enough for Mitt Romney but it is a plus. The Republicans can continue to claim the bragging right on his important first debate but we will not be carried away. There is so much power for Obama as the president.
Campaign manager Jim Messina said Obama was not worried about trying to shoehorn the attacks on Romney into a fact-filled and detail-heavy debate on economic policy.
"We've always treated the American voters with respect," White House adviser David Plouffe said when asked if Obama had been too detailed. "Are you saying they can't understand details of his healthcare plan, or of Medicare?"
Messina, asked if the famously wordy Obama would work on keeping his answers shorter, smiled and said, "That's never going to be our strong suit."
STill keeping faith with Barack!
