The Delta state Police command has confirmed the alleged abduction of
the aged mother of the former chairman/managing director of United Bank
of Africa (UBA), Mr Tony Elumelu.
She is also the mother of Mr Ndudi Elumelu, a member of the House of Representatives.According to the state police public relations officer, Charles Muka the kidnappers trailed her to the farm at Isele-Uku in Aniocha north local government area where she was abducted and taken to an unknown destination.
According to him the police have intensified efforts to track down her abductors. We can only hope and pray for the best.....
