TErrified and horrified who were trapped motorists trapped at the scene used cell phones calling and sending Twitter messages warning others to avoid the area on a thoroughfare near the biggest shopping mall in Boca del Rio.The gruesome scene on Tuesday was a big escalation in drug violence in Veracruz state, which is on an important route for drugs and Central American migrants heading north.The big drug cartel known as Zetas drug cartel has been battling other gangs for control of the state. This is truly a Mexico horror. A bad image for a country battling drug loads and gangs.
